About Friendly Planet
Let’s go 50/50
Here’s the deal - While I’m traveling, Friendly Planet donates 50% of ALL revenues to non-profits, foundations, stranded travelers, or needing souls that I stumble across. The other 50% will fund hiring a yak and paying student loans.
The Win-Win-Win (It’s the new “win-win”)
- You, the readers, win - First, you’ll get some (hopefully) good reading material that aims to inspire and educate. Every time you stop by or make a purchase from the Friendly Store, you’ll be giving to a non-profit or needing soul halfway around the world. So cool and so easy, huh?
- Non-profits win - I don’t know a non-profit doesn’t need a little extra money. So hopefully, with our powers combined, we can drop a check each month that is greatly needed and well-deserved in the countries I’m traveling through.
- I win - I’ll get to share some cool stories, highlight some friendly people, companies, and ideas, and earn a little extra money to keep me on the road. Can you blame me?
What Are These Revenues You’re Talking About?
Transparency and honesty are of utmost importance. We’ll tell you exactly how much money Friendly Planet brings in each month and show you the checks, cash, or receipts of donations made. FP currently makes money by:
